Life is short, sometimes shorter than we would expect. Twenty years ago I was 18. Twenty years ago life was just beginning. Twenty years ago seems like yesterday. Twenty years ago was so long ago. This poem and song is dedicated to my friend, whom I lost touch with yet never forgot.
